- 한중해양과학기술협력 제10차 공동위원회에서 양국 간 “황해포럼” 개최 합의
- ‘13년 11월, 제1차 포럼 개최 이래, ’17년까지 총 3차례* 진행* 1차 : ‘13.11, 중국 북경, ’15.11, 한국 부산 / 3차 : ‘17.11, 중국 샤먼)

- 양국 간, 해양분야에서의 미래 발전 방안 모색을 위한 심도 있는 교류와 협력 추진
- ‘해양자원의 지속가능한 개발과 이용’, ‘해양생태환경 보호 및 기후변화’, ‘극지 및 심해과학 연구와 전망’ 등 3개 주제를 중심으로 총 14편의 학술발표 진행
